He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bruns and Beatrice Bruns (Paumen); his brother Jerry Bruns; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Purcell, Mary Worden, Lee Worden and Mark Menth.
He is survived by: his grandson Leighton; his wife Lori Fobbe; his daughters, Kristin Thomas (Chris) of Plymouth and Ashley Bruns of Maple Lake; his grandson William; his siblings, Carl Bruns of Albertville and Rose Mary Hinz (Kirt) of Annandale; and his siblings-in-law, Charolyt Bruns, Marge Latour (Ted Jr.), Bob Fobbe (Michelle), Barb Menth and Don Purcell. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews that he loved as his own, and many other relatives and friends.
