He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Keeney and Agnes Keeney (Soberg); his daughter Sheralyn Ward; his son-in-law Tom Ward; and his siblings, Berkley, Virgil, Ivan Keeney and Anna Marie Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Adelle Slyter; and his grandchildren, Kari Bergmann, Craig, Troy Raiche, Mandy Gustafson, Jared Ward, Trevor, Trent, Jacki Vandergon, Aaron Robinson, Stephanie Laposky and Spencer Robinson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
