He is survived by: his wife Debbie of Maple Lake; his children, Heather of Maple Lake, Holly of Maple Lake, Hunter of Maple Lake and Hayden of Maple Lake; his mother Ann Cruikshank (Bob) of Maple Lake; and his siblings, Lisa Potter of Maple Lake and Todd Wurm (Krista) of Maple Lake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, and dear friends.
