He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Urich and Julia Urich (Chmela); and his siblings, Dorothy Urich, Alice Laxen and Ray Urich.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Urich of Timothy's Catholic Church; and his son Brian Kenneth Urich of Maple Lake. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
