He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Selander and Anna Selander (Maasch); his grandson Brock Selander; his siblings, Leroy, Maurice (Darlene), Merle Marden (Bob), Alden and Mille Polk (Bob); and his brother-in-law Phil Marden.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lucille Desrocher of Frederick's Catholic Church; his children, Diane of Washington, Barbara Peterson (Curt) of Florida, Michael of Minnetonka, Craig (Jewel) of Brooklyn Park, James (Theresa) of Minneapolis, Robert of Maple Lake and Thomas (Ruby) of Colorado; his siblings, Dorothy Krantz (Walter), Carol Marden and Wayne Selander (Donna); and his sister-in-law Noreen Selander. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
