It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Shir of Maple Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on September 28, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kleinsasser and Katrina Kleinsasser; and her siblings, Anna, Lydia, Verna and John.
She is survived by: her husband Martin Shir; her children, Susan Shir, Mark Shir (Carla) and Josh Shir (Sabine); her grandchildren, Hannah, Stephen, Julia Hallo (Tesfaye), Matthias (Jemina), Joseph, Titus, Sophia and Natasha; and her brother Alvin Kleinsasser. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
