With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alex James Verburg of Mantorville, Minnesota, who passed away on September 2, 2022 at the age of 24. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Clarence "Bud" Warner. He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Verburg and Dave Verburg; his siblings, Ash, Mitch and Morgan; and his grandparents, Arvin, Karen and Bertha Warner. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Instead of sending flowers, we ask that you consider donating to a fund in Alex's memory to pay for Bolivian children to come to the US for life-saving heart surgery through Samaritan's Purse Children's Heart Project.
