He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl L. Scott and Lynda A. Scott (Peters); his son Greg Scott; and his sister Betty Krueger. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Scott (Wolters) of Mankato; his children, Mike Scott (Leesa) of Madelia, Randy Scott of Mankato, Cindy Hoffrogge of North Mankato and Sandra Peters (Mark) of Le Sueur; his grandchildren, Jim Scott (Sara), Jenna Scott, Teresa Steinborn (Steve), Jared Scott (Kayla Firchau), Jake Peters (Savannah) and Crystal Hoffrogge (Mike Arnoldy); his great grandchildren, Brett, Hope, Tristan, Mackenzie, Jessa, Kaydon, Easton, Emmalynn, Talan, Brooklynn and Brynn; his brother Richard; and his brothers-in-law, Melvin Krueger of North Mankato and Chuck Wolters (Carol) of Arizona.
