He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Richter and Loretta Richter (Altenberg); and his in-laws, LeRoy and Nell Flohrs. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Richter (Flohrs) of Mankato; his children, Ron Richter (Tyana) of Mankato, Ross Richter (Val) of Morristown, Todd Richter of Glendale and Kristin Dauk (Scott) of Madison Lake; and his brother Doug Richter (Joni) of Fairmont. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, many loyal friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the ECHO Food Shelf or Habitat for Humanity.
