He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roger Sack. He is survived by: his mother Kimberly Diane Gustavson (Sack); his cousins, Andrew, Emily and Jacob; his father Kraig Gustavson; his brothers, Matthew Gustavson and Carter Lange; his grandparents, Nancy Sack, Beverly Gustavson (Gary West) and John Gustavson (Sherry Golden); his aunts, Katie Tettam (Troy), Jessie Hanson (Don) and Betsy Frye; his uncle Scott Gustavson (Kelly); his girlfriend Erin Gullickson; and his nephew Issac. He is also survived by cousins, and other relatives and friends.
