He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Oachs and Verona Oachs (Funke); his brother Dennis Oachs; his aunt Jeanie Funke; and his uncles, Ruben Funke, Wilber Funke and Bernie Funke.
He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Oachs of Mankato and Allan Oachs (Chris) of Mankato; his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Jones, Timothy Oachs, Crystal Brewer, April Oachs, Tony Oachs and Amy Oachs; and his friends, Gerry Berger (Harlan), Jan Johnson, Raven Bush, Cleo and Joshua Tomlinson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hosanna Lutheran Church (105 Hosanna Dr, Mankato, MN 56001). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
