Robert Rolfes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Rolfes (Mankato, Minnesota), who passed away on October 1, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rolfes and Dorothy Rolfes (Rinne); and his brother Irwin "Hoss" Seelye. He is survived by: his spouses, Doris Meier and Mary of Mankato; his children, Robert Jr. Rolfes (Barbara) of South St, Brian Rolfes (Renee) of Cottage Grove and Kathryn Goettl (Robert) of Elizabeth, CO; his grandchildren, Megan Vargas (Bryan) of Cottage Grove, Eliza Rolfes of St. Paul, Joshua Rolfes (Jennifer) of Eagan, Melissa Jannetto (Joe) of Rosemount, Mikara Goettl (Dave Fehrenbach) of Henderson, CO, Nikki Goettl of Scottsdale, AZ and Aspen Goettl of Elizabeth, CO; and his great grandchildren, Emily Vargas, Eli Vargas, Avery Rolfes, Andrew Rolfes, Nora Jannetto, Lainey Jannetto, Rian Rector, Lucas, Madison, Kinley, Julanica and Grace Fehrenbach. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law; and nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to BENCHS in memory of Robert.
