He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Maday and Ethel Maday (Parker); his parents-in-law, John and Rose Rowan; his sister Barbara Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Kelly, Wally Johnson, William Rowan (Bill) and Sandy Rowan.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Rowan; his children, Bradley Maday (Lori) of Mankato, Bridget Capps (Al) of Austin, TX, Robert Maday, Jr. (Machelle Hettinger) of Stewartville, Lynn Weir (Jon Renner) of Mankato and Sean Maday of Mankato; his grandchildren, Rebeckah, Connor Maday, Sydney Sanford (Nicholas), Jackson Maday, Avery Maday-Larson, Raymond, Ryan and Katie Renner; his sibling Pat Kelly of Bird Island; and his close friend Stephanie Maday of Eagle Lake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
