With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lynn Otto of Mankato, Minnesota, who passed away on November 4, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolf Otto and Ilah Otto; his brothers, Gary Otto, Doug Otto and Brad Otto; his in-laws, John and JoAnn Simmonds; and his sister-in-law Therese Simmonds.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Simmonds; his children, Molly and Wesley Otto; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Wright (Mike), Christine Simmonds (Brad Mutch), Susan Simmonds and Joseph Simmonds (LaDonna Funderburke). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Northview - North Mankato Mortuary (2060 Commerce Dr, North Mankato, MN 56003). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
