He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Holzinger and Ivy Holzinger (Larson); his wife Donna Marie Rutjes; and his son Steven. He is survived by: his children, Rick (Mary), Charlie (Joyce), Terry (Laura) and Vicky (Steve).
