He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Madden and Mary Madden (Collins); his siblings, Richard Nelson (Carolyn), Mary Catherine Gress (Robert), Peter Madden and Bonnie Andersen; and his in-laws, Jack Harguth, Don Busselman and Joan Stuefen.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Busselman; his children, Perry Madden of Eagle Lake, Lynn Madden (Janel) of Eagan, Lon Madden (Jacki) of Kasota and Kelly Rhoades (Brian) of Eagan; his grandchildren, Connor, Collin (Carys Turner), Claire Madden, Bennet, Allison, Gavin Madden, Patrick and Abigail Rhoades; his sister Dorothy Harguth; and his in-laws, Sylvan Andersen, Sarah Madden, Eldridge Stuefen and Margaret Busselman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 100 N 3rd St, Eagle Lake, MN 56024.
