She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sexton and Myrtle Sexton (McCarthy); her sister Marguerite; her siblings-in-law, Charles T Peterson and Peggy Sexton; and her grandson Thomas George May.
She is survived by: her husband Gene; her children, Mary Jean Rohlfing (Joe) and Jack May (Lisa); her grandchildren, Kathleen May, Stefanie, Michelle May (Chris Larson), Rachel Zurek (Aaron), Colleen Depuydt (Russell), Joe Rohlfing (Carly) and Abigail; her great grandchildren, Oliver Depuydt, George Depuydt, Josephine Zurek, Teddy Zurek, Laurence Depuydt, Arthur Larson, Jude Rohlfing, Connor Rohlfing and Frances May; and her brother John "Jack" Sexton.
