Nelda Rutjes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2020, Nelda Rutjes of Mankato, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Neegaard and Clara Neegaard; her husband James Charles Rutjes; and her siblings, Delbert Neegard, Donnie Neegaard and Lois Oachs.
She is survived by: her pet Harley; her children, Michele Cole (Joe) and Michael Rutjes (Cheri); her grandsons, Christopher Cole and Nathaniel Cole; and her siblings, Doris Jans (Dick), Ileen Bonneson (Denny), David Neegaard and Duane Neegaard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
