He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Storlien and Marie Storlien (Skogen); his siblings, Orville Storlien (Lucille), Reuben Storlien (Evelyn), Valgean Storlien (Doris), Darrell Storlien, Roger Storlien (Beverly), Lyle Storlien, Lorraine Skoien (Norvald), Delores Borass (Beaumont), Patricia Kashmark and Irene Storlien; his nephew Terry Skoien; his nieces, Brenda Storlien and Darlene Boraas; his parents-in-law, Donald and Helen Kremer; and his sisters-in-law, Dianne Boraas and Karen Briggs.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kremer; his sons, Michael Storlien (Amanda) of Lake Crystal, Matthew Storlien (Tatiana) of Houston, TX, Mitchell Storlien of Mankato and Mark Storlien of St. Peter; his grandchildren, Marlo Storlien, Myra Storlien, Liam Storlien and Tristan Storlien; his brother Charles Storlien (Phyllis) of Madison, MN; and his sister-in-law Irene Storlien of Madison, MN.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woodland Hills Funeral Home (1605 Woodland Ave, Mankato, MN 56001). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (720 S 2nd St, Mankato, MN 56001).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
