It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michelle Kay (Walen) Johnson (Mankato, Minnesota), who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Susan Walen; and her mother-in-law Karen Johnson. She is survived by: her father Bruce Walen (Marilyn Christiansen); her husband Dr. Steven Johnson; her sister Noelle Starr (Jim); her brother-in-law Markley Johnson; her nieces, Maya Awada (Wael), Remi Starr, Abby Stebbins (Blake) and Nichole Johnson; her nephew Zachariah Johnson (Bethany); her father-in-law Dr. Donald Johnson (Kathy); and her great-nieces, Taya and Teagan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mankato Mortuary (1001 N Riverfront Dr, Mankato, MN 56001). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Wooddale Church - Eden Prairie (6630 Shady Oak Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55344).
The family prefers memorials be directed to either Wooddale Church's Global Missions or Community Chapel Missions in Lakota, Iowa.
