He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Peters and Margaret Peters (Rieff); his parents-in-law, Ivan Anderson and Lorraine Anderson (Guhlke); his nephew Cory Peters; and his siblings-in-law, Leola Anderson and Curtis Anderson.
He is survived by: his spouses, Judith L. Hennen (Anderson) and Judy of Mankato; his children, Mike Peters (Bev) of Eagle Lake, Jim Peters (Jennifer) of Owatonna, Michelle Johnson of North Mankato and Sherry Johnson (Paul) of Mankato; his stepson Blaine Hennen (Darcy Rudell) of New Ulm; his grandchildren, Alicia Quaday (Andy), Sara Peters (Matt Sultze), Bryce Peters, Mackenzie Peters, Stephanie Johnson, Mitchell Johnson and Luke Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Jill Hulke and Jennifer George (Bryan); and his siblings, Bill Peters of Mankato, Sue Kollman (Jim) of St. Peter, Mary Zins (Phil) of Golden Valley, Vicky Mohr of Sartell and Julie Keller (Richard) of Savage. He is also survived by one great-grandchild and six step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
