He is survived by: his wife Mary McGuire; his sister Margaret Williams; his siblings-in-law, Robert Kreuzer and Ruth Hiniker; and his children, Thomas Hiniker (Brian Williams), Gregory Hiniker (Jerri Moerke Hiniker), Julie Hiniker and Kathryn "Kat" Hiniker (David Toft). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
