Kotthoff; her son Tom (Patti); her grandsons, Matt and Ryan Kotthoff; her son Mark (Peggy); her grandchildren, Craig and Jennifer; her son Colton; her sister-in-law Judy King; her nephews, Chad, Todd King (Colleen) and Jon Kotthoff; and her niece Dena Pagel (Jared).
