She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arnold Quade and Ruth Quade (Holck); her husband David Anton Eidem; her children, Dale "Butch" Eidem (Julie), Lisa Vossen and Joel Eidem (Julie); her grandchildren, Justin Vossen, Megan Vossen, Anthony Eidem, Shannon Traeger (Chase), Nikki Schowalter (Mike), Nicholas Eidem and Sydney Corder (Hayden); her great grandchildren, Jaden Schowalter, Aubrey Schowalter and Finn Traeger; her nieces and nephews, Sandy Olson, Suzie Olson, Steve Olson (Michelle) and Scott Olson; her sister-in-law Cathy Quade; her siblings, Marvin "Babe" Quade and Marjorie "Midge" Olson; and her sister-in-law Mary Jean Eidem.
After an extremely courageous 17-year battle with Parkinson's disease, Marlene joined her Heavenly Father on her 85th birthday, March 22, 2023.
