He was predeceased by: his parents, Benton D. Miller and Rosalie Miller (Shafer); and his brother-in-law Ken Riebel (Larry Nichols). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Ben Miller (Julie) of St. Charles, MO, Eric Miller (Vicki) of Mankato and Gretchen Nelson (Kyle) of Mankato; his grandchildren, Zach, Cassie Miller, Parker, Spencer Miller, Conner, Liam and Kaleb Nelson; his siblings, Benna Riebel of Ohio, Lyn Brown (Don) of Ohio and Russ Miller (Jean) of Ohio; his cousin Patty Nichols of Kentucky; and his siblings-in-law, Ken Versaevel (Sue) of Marshall, Leon Versaevel (Vicki) of Marshall, Eileen Furhmann (Bruce) of Marshall, Delores Fricke (Al) of Worthington, Tom Versaevel (Shelly) of Marshall and Joe Versaevel (Karen) of Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Centenary United Methodist Church (501 S 2nd St, Mankato, MN 56001). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Mankato East Booster Club or the donor's choice.
