We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2021, at the age of 84, Marian Anderson of Mankato, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Spiess and Rose Spiess (Fischer); her husband Venes Meyer (Vince); and her nephew Martin Dawson. She is survived by: her sister Esther Baity; her niece Vernajean Dawson; and her friend James W. Peterson.

Memorials may be directed to the Marian Anderson Fund at the Mankato Area Foundation or the Blue Earth County Historical Society.
