She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sowers and Eva Sowers (Townsend); her husband Charles R. Fleming; her daughter-in-law Sylvia Fleming; and her siblings, Sumner Sowers (Cleo), Gage Sowers (Cordie), Helen Fairfield (Steven), Irene Forus (Otto), Effie Sowers and Leila Sowers.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Fleming of Mizpah, Charlene Schuch (Art) of Amboy and Bert Fleming (Beth) of Garden City; her grandchildren, Ann and Jasha; and her extended family Heather.
Memorials are preferred to Garden City Cemetery or Mayo Hospice.
