Lowell James Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2023, at the age of 91, Lowell James of Mankato, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer James and Minnie James (Briese); and his siblings, Eldon James, Marlyn James, Delmer James (Betty) and Verna Donner (Rudy).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Nelson; his children, Pam James (Randy Isenberg) of Mankato, Kari Shakley (Greg) of Ohio and Greg James of Seattle, Washington; his granddaughters, Alyssa and Rachel Shakley; his sister Marlyce Harlan (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Pearl Snyder James and Barb James. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family prefers memorials be given to Christ the King Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
