She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Thomley and Minnie Thomley (Hanson); her husband Peter Lawrence Johnson; her siblings, Maynard Thomley and Elaine Colby (Jerry Nysven); her siblings-in-law, Eleanor Witte, Carol Palas, Bernard Colby, Jim Witte and Bernie Palas; and her nephew Charles Witte.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcia Kaul (Peter), Mary Johnson and Julie Snow (Randy); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Wiff (John), Allison Smith (Nathan), Josef Kaul (Grace), Nels Gilbertson-Urtel (Britta), Eldri Snow and Jack Snow (Stacia). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
