She was predeceased by: her parents, John Keltgen and Lucy Keltgen (DeVlaeminck). She is survived by: her children, Bret Foster of Mankato and Gayle Foster of Mankato; her grandchildren, Melissa and Eric; and her siblings, Richard Keltgen (Mary) of Mankato, John Keltgen (Linda) of Magnolia, TX, Robert Keltgen (Sharon) of Toms River, NJ and Carol Hoffman (Norman). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
