He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Perkins and Edith Perkins; and his siblings, Melvin (Bud), Lois and Marge.

He is survived by: his wife Jane Wolfe; his children, Cindy Rothenbuehler (Bob) and Todd Perkins (Kate); his grandchildren, Anika Perkins and Abby Grey (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Audra and Elsie.
