He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Slama and Theresa Slama (Schluttner); his siblings, Arthur, Elmer, Clarence, Lewis, Mary, Marcella and Maurice; and his great grandchild Max.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Wilmes; and his children, Gregory Slama (Christine) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Theresa Peters (Dan) of Kasson, Kathryn Scoggins (David) of White Hall, AR, Jeffery Mock (Linda) of Rochester and John Mock (Lori) of British Columbia. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 concerns, a memorial mass in celebration of LeRoy's life will be held at a later date at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Winnebago.
