He is survived by: his wife Dawn Bolhuis of Mankato; his siblings, Beverly Dick (Jerry), Rebecca Deutsch and Dawn Heilman (Wayne); and his siblings-in-law, Brad Wilmes and Lynnette Vogel (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
