She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Borneke and Anna Borneke (Johnson); her husband Kenneth William Freitag; her brothers, James and Robert; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Borneke and Ordella Scholljegerdes.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Freitag (Lisa) of Elk River, Thomas Freitag (Luann) of Janesville and Zandra Jindra of Hutchinson; and her sister-in-law Donna Borneke (James) of Eagle Lake. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
After surviving Covid 19 in January of 2021, she became a resident of Laurels Peak Rehabilitation Center.
