He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Francis and Marian Gladys Allen (Johnson); and his sister Delilah Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Windschitl; his children, John Allen (Sarah) of Comfrey, Sandra Pierce of St. Paul, Janeen Allen (Tad Ulrich) of New Ulm and Earl Allen (Heather) of New Ulm; his grandchildren, Ryan Farniok (Rachel Bennett) and Jill Farniok; and his great grandchild Oliver Allen Farniok. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
