He is survived by: his wife Edna of Mankato; his son Russell Schmitt (Jennifer) of Mankato; his grandchildren, Isaac, Samantha and Alexander; his daughters, Allison Schmitt of Le Center and Kristen Seeley (James) of Rosemount; his grandchildren, Aben, Maya and Levi; his daughter Amy Pfau (Jerry) of Northfield; and his grandchild Lenyn. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
