She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rinehart and Hattie Rinehart (Besser); her former husbands, Vernon Strum and Doug Schmidt; her son Drew Schmidt; her daughters-in-law, Nina Schmidt and Tami Schmidt; and also, George, Eudoxie Sturm, Leo and Mabel Schmidt.
She is survived by: her husband Vernon Sturm; her children, Suzanne Schmidt of Mason City, IA, Greg Schmidt of North Mankato, Wayne Schmidt (Diana Carrigan) of Loja, Sharon Mulenburg (Wayne) of Mankato, Linda Dubke (Joedy) of Fairmont, Jeff Schmidt (Wendy) of Mankato, Nancy Hayes (Al Januszewski) of Eagan, Alan Schmidt (Della) of Winona, Janis Wolfe (Dan) of Pequot Lakes and Julie Bohnert (Rick Schugel) of Port Orange, FL; and her sister-in-law Betty Rezac (Norb) of Apple Valley. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
