He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Jorissen and Agnes Jorissen (Weber); his stepmother Teresa Weber; his siblings, Dar Reimer, Clare Schumacher, Vic Jorissen, Marie Roberts and Mae Beatrez; his grandson Brandon Kretsch; and his son-in-law David Kretsch.
He is survived by: his spouse Linda Roberts; his children, Robert Jorissen (Donna), Jacqueline Kretsch, Cathryn Jorissen of Merrifield, MN and Carolyn Schmidt (Leonard) of Waseca, MN; his brother Henry Jorissen (Jackie); and his sister-in-law Mary Jorissen. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American German Shepherd Dog Charitable Foundation.
