She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Meats; her husband Tracy Beckman; her children, Robin Gudal (Greg) and Matt; her grandchildren, Scott (Andrea), Charlene (Brian), Isaac (Ann), Hannah (Matt), Theo, Opal, Iris, Olai and Agnes; her siblings, Loris (Lee) and Armon (Becky); her parents-in-law, Lucille and Harold Beckman; and her brother-in-law Bruce Lorenz.

Her last act of generosity was bequeathing her brain to medical research so that scientists can better understand Alzheimer's Disease and dementia.
