He is survived by: his wife Darla McArdle of Mankato; his children, Jim McArdle of Jim Thorpe, PA, Tom McArdle of Lehighton, PA, Phil McArdle (Allison) of Andreas, PA and Kim Snyder (Bill) of Lehighton, PA; his brothers, Joe McArdle of Jim Thorpe, PA, Eddie McArdle of Jim Thorpe, PA, Bernie McArdle of Jim Thorpe, PA and Kenny McArdle of Jim Thorpe, PA; his stepson Scott Block (Bobbi) of Belle Plaine; and his siblings, Kathleen Kurtz and Hank McArdle. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
