He is survived by: his daughter Renee Matejcek (Doug Mark); his granddaughter Rachel Sherlock (Jake); his daughter Ronda Hennek (Mike); his grandchildren, Andrea and Brandon; his children, James Matejcek (Kristin), Nicholas Matejcek (JoAnn), Maggie, Sam, Katie, Peter Matejcek (Kelly), Ava, Finlee, Wila, Mack, Paul Matejcek (Cassie), Rollie, Ruby, John Matejcek (Leyla), Amelia, Violet and Mark Matejcek (Katie Dougall); his siblings, Sharon O'Connell and Bill Matejcek; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Kluntz, Anne Frederick, Helen Rachut (Dale), Dr. Edward Frederick, Tom Frederick (Carol) and Bill Frederick (Sandy). He is also survived by his mom and three younger siblings after his dad.
