He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Sr. Roettger and Evelyn Roettger (Berquist); and his sister Joan Rodgers. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Racek (John) of Hopkins and Susan Fleming (Rick) of Mankato; his grandchildren, Julie Leibel (Matt), Ann Racek and Mark Fleming (Bridget); his great grandchildren, Lucy and Calvin Leibel; and his brothers, Jerry (Ann) and Roger (Judy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family prefers memorials be given to any veteran's organization.
