He was predeceased by: his parents, Harve Prouse and Clara Prouse (Berens); his children, Lauri Ann and Kevin Lee; his stepmother Lillian; and his siblings, Eunice, Hazel, Raymond, Earl and Maynard.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie Pehrson; and his grandsons, Kevin Lee, Nate of Coon Rapids, MN and Dylan (Laura) of Madison, WI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
