He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Jacobson and Norma Jacobson (Frisvold); his brother Harry Jacobson; and his parents-in-law, Walter and Dorothy Schull.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Jacobson; his children, Jodi Bennett and Jared Jacobson (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Bryan Bennett, Ashlyn Bennett, Harrison Jacobson and Isabelle Jacobson; and his siblings, Marie Jacobson, Harvey Jacobson (Jody), Mary Johnson (Keith), Marilyn Sweet (Jamey), Millie Swalve (Mernie) and Hayden Jacobson (Deanie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
