He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Emily Goetzke (Robert), Mark Orvick (Lisa) and Kirsten Orvick; his grandchildren, Erica Gavin (Jason), Chelsea Orvick, Danny Orvick (Nicole), Arabelle Orvick, Elizabeth Jessen (Nick), Kristoffer Goetzke, Marisa Opsahl (Shaun), Briana Caron (Matthew) and Nathan Orvick (Chelsea); his great grandchildren, Nels, Brynja, Jens, Jorgen, Magdalena, Corrina, Miles, Ryder, Ellery, Quintin, Jackson, Harper and Rylan; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Hoel, Barbara Hoel and Leona Orvick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
