She was predeceased by: her brother Karl Sassenberg. She is survived by: her sister Eunice Sassenberg of Mankato; her nephews, Steve Sassenberg (Cassandra) of Saint Peter and Daniel Sassenberg of St. Paul; her niece Ellen Sassenberg (Vince Wagner) of Rochester; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Justin, Ben, Lucy Sassenberg, Madeleine, Martin and Devin Wagner.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (720 S 2nd St, Mankato, MN 56001). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials preferred to Bethlehem Lutheran Church or donor's choice.
