She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Hohenstein and Amanda Hohenstein (Bruss); her former husband Harry Stewart; her brothers, Wallace and Rueben; and her sister-in-law Dorothy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Veith (Michael) of Mankato and Nadean Skorczewski (Harvey Engesmoe) of Ivanhoe, MN; and her sister-in-law Marge Hohenstein. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
