Sweere (Mankato, Minnesota), born in Carrington, North Dakota, who passed away on September 1, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Sweere and Gertrude Sweere (Hofland); his brothers, Ted and Harry; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Sweere and Mary Sweere.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine of Mankato; his sons, Kevin Sweere (Charity) of Dayton, OH, Jeff Sweere (Kara) of Madison Lake, MN and Alan Sweere (Sirena) of Esko, MN.; his grandchildren, Andrew (Kelly), Jacob, Timon, Emma, Zoe, Bryce and Taylon; his stepgrandson Devyn; and his siblings, Joseph, David and Veronica Chatterton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any of his favorite charities including Loyola Catholic School, the Salvation Army or the School Sisters of Notre Dame.
