He was predeceased by: his sister Jean Mason of Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Rushing of North Carolina and Marlene Meyers of California. He is survived by: his friends, Ron Doty, John Wisniewski and Vern Clobes; his wife Vicky Ezarski of Brit; his daughter Lisa (Chris Cavallari); his grandchildren, Sydney and Olivia of Illinois; his son Todd (Greg Sonnier) of Florida; his sisters, Leigh McVicker of Colorado and Linda Price of Michigan; and his sisters-in-law, Marvel Rushing of North Carolina and Carla Kaser (Glenn) of Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
