He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Juliar and Beverly Juliar (LeBrun); and his brother-in-law Gerald. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Jean Juliar (Sandberg); his children, Cassi Juliar (Jesus Quintero) and Kadin Juliar; his grandchildren, Piper Comnick and Giovani Quintero; his siblings, Jim Juliar (Sharon), Janet Walechka (Andy), Jerome Juliar, Jeanne Schwanz (Gerald), Nick Juliar (Joleen), Joe Juliar (Deanna Sheeley), John Juliar (Adele), Judy Karels (John), Joyce Hummer (Mike), Jeff Juliar (Allie) and Albert Juliar; his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Andrea Sandberg; and his in-laws, Mike Sandmeyer (Lori West), Bryan Sandmeyer (Robin), Dennis Sandmeyer (Sue King), Alan Sandmeyer, Laura Sandmeyer and Marsha Dick (Lenny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, many cousins.
